FOR ORGANIZATIONS & TEAMS
Healthier habits begin with useful conversations.
Bring practical nutrition education into your workplace, organization or community. We are developing flexible wellness experiences that make food and health information more approachable for busy teams.
Custom organizational proposals · Virtual or in-person formats by arrangement
WHY IT MATTERS
Useful wellness, without generic lectures.
A workplace may need something different from a women’s group, a school staff team or a community organization. We start by understanding who you want to serve, the format that works, and the topics people actually care about. Then we can discuss a tailored nutrition education engagement.
Possible topics for your team
Blood sugar and everyday energy: practical meals, understanding prediabetes, and maintaining steadier routines throughout the workday.
Heart-smart eating: small changes to saturated fat, sodium, fiber and meal choices.
Nutrition for busy schedules: workday lunches, grocery shortcuts, balanced plates, and making familiar foods work.
Healthy aging and women's wellness: nourishment, protein, habits, and long-term health with individualized questions directed to clinical care.
How we would build a program
- Discovery conversation about your team, audience, goals and preferred format
- Recommendation for a virtual or in-person format, subject to availability
- Discussion of program scope, timing and an individualized organizational quote
- Education grounded in practical, evidence-based advice and audience needs
YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
Good to know
before you start.
Is corporate wellness already a fixed package?
No. This is an emerging service offered by inquiry. Program formats and availability are discussed with your organization.
Do you offer lunch-and-learns?
Lunch-and-learns and workshops are examples of formats we can discuss, subject to availability and scope.
Will we see employees’ medical records?
No. Group education is not a substitute for individualized clinical assessment, and personal medical details should not be shared in group sessions.
